I had to sand the dovetail joint a little to make it fit. Then I pressed it together with an one-handed clamp. After that there was still an extremely small overhang. I then placed the holder on the floor (smooth laminate) and went onto the dovetail joint with the heel and gently increased the weight there. It clicked once and everything was fine.
Glue was not necessary.

Pressure settings:
0.6mm nozzle, 3 perimeters (walls), 15% gyroid infill. 0.4mm layer height. The last few layers were set to 0.2mm layer height so that the surface looks better.

Since I don't have an angle attachment for the cordless screwdriver, I printed a bit holder. This enabled me to attach the holder.

But I could only get the bit in with an one-handed clamp (I put a 2 cent coin under the pointed side). At 0.6mm, the tolerances probably don't fit so precisely.

Ich musste die Schwalbenschwanzverbindung etwas schleifen, damit es passt. Dann habe ich es mit einer Einhandzwinge zusammengedrückt. Danach gab es noch ein extrem kleinen Überhang. Ich habe den Halter dann auf den Boden (glatter Laminat) gelegt und bin mit der Ferse auf die Schwalbenschwanzverbindung gegangen, und habe sachte das Gewicht dort erhöht. Es klackte einmal und alles war Plan.
Kleber war nicht nötig.

Druckeinstellungen:
0.6mm Düse, 3 Perimeter (Walls), 15% Gyroid Infill. 0.4mm Schichthöhe. Die letzen paar Schichten auf 0.2mm Schichthöhe gestellt, damit die Oberfläche besser aussieht.

Da ich keinen Winkelaufsatz für den Akkuschrauber habe, habe ich mir einen Bithalter gedruckt. Damit war es mir möglich den Halter zu befestigen.

Den Bit konnte ich aber auch nur mit einer Einhandzwinge rein bekommen (Bei der spitzen Seite habe ich eine 2 Cent Münze drunter gelegt). Mit 0.6mm passen die Toleranzen wahrscheinlich nicht so genau.
