ID card and new PointSharp holder
None of the previous PointSharp forms that was combined with ID card holder matched mine, so I made a new one.

Description
PDFNo models with ID card + PointSharp device fitted mine (maybe newer model), and I found a card-holding model for the PointSharp. Combined them to this one, which seems to work.
