Description

The 3D model is a minimalist hook designed specifically for use with slat walls. The hook is sleek and modern, with no visible screws, ensuring a clean aesthetic. The primary feature of this design is its modularity: the hook consists of two main components, the mounting bracket and the hook itself.

  • Mounting Bracket: The mounting bracket is designed to be discreet and easily installed between the slats of the wall. It can be mounted using a custom installer tool, which ensures perfect alignment and centering between the wooden planks. This bracket remains hidden once the hook is attached, preserving the minimalistic look.

  • Hook Design: The hook measures 14x90mm and is made to slide onto the mounting bracket. This allows the hook to be replaced with other designs or reprinted if damaged, making it a flexible and durable solution. The hook’s design is simple yet functional, making it suitable for various uses while blending seamlessly into modern interiors.

  • Functionality: The sliding mechanism between the hook and the bracket allows for easy customization and repair. Users can swap out hooks with ease, enabling the system to adapt over time.

This design offers a balance of practicality, simplicity, and visual elegance, making it ideal for those seeking a clutter-free and modular solution for their slat walls.

Installation

  1. Test Fit with a Single Hook
Begin by printing one hook to ensure it fits properly on your slat wall. This step will help you verify that the dimensions are correct before printing multiple hooks.

  2. Print Desired Quantity
Once you've confirmed the fit, print the total number of hooks you need.

  3. Plan Your Layout
Arrange the hooks in your desired pattern on the slat wall. Use masking tape to temporarily mark the positions and ensure the layout is visually appealing before installation.

  4. Install the Brackets
Using the installer tool, secure the mounting brackets to the slat wall. The installer tool will help center each bracket between the slats for a perfect alignment.

  5. Attach the Hooks
Place each hook over its respective bracket and slide it downward. If the fit is tight, use a rubber mallet or a soft hammer to gently tap the hook down until it fully engages with the bracket.

  6. Final Check
Ensure that all hooks are securely in place and aligned as planned.

  7. Enjoy Your Customized Slat Wall
Your slat wall is now complete with stylish, functional hooks, ready to use!
