Gauge set for hole diameters 1.0 to 10.9 mm (metric) with 0.1 mm steps

These four templates make it possible to determine the diameter of a part or to have an example of a hole with a specific diameter.

The lettering is embossed and can be done in a different colour simply by pausing the print and changing the filament.

Use
There are two rows of numbers in the jig, the vertical numbers express the millimetre value of the row of holes, while the vertical numbers specify the value of the first decimal place to be added to the diameter of the row.

For example, the hole at the bottom right of the largest gauge is a 20.9 mm diameter hole.

Warnings
Depending on the printer settings, the printer used and the printing accuracy, the diameters may differ from the nominal ones. Always check and verify with a precision instrument for critical or precise purposes.

3D printing settings

  • 0.2 mm layer
