I LOVE CLOCKS……………..
So here is the first of many to come!!!!!!!!!!!!
I print all my hands with a .2 Nozzle
If you scale down to print on a smaller plate, do NOT adjust the z height
Assembly
You need to print the clock, an hour hand and a min hand.
The hour hand is layered so no AMS (etc,) required.
There is 2 different min hands. “Min Hand w cap” has a cap on it (closed) that is if you do not use a second hand. "Min Hand open" is if you do plan to use a second hand.
The second hand is optional. It is extremely important you print this with a .2 nozzle. the margins are super small.
There is 2 to choose from for the seconds hand. One with and one without a very small logo. The logo version is a very very difficult print and it took me 15 tries before I got one that looked good. If the logo version does not turn out well for you, configure your filament, calibrate your printer, pray to what ever printer higher power you believe in and try again, lol.
AMS/MMU/Ace/CFS/Chroma Required for the clock. I am working on a layered version but I have not finished it yet. I will upload it when I do.
The tolerances are very for low for the hands. If they do not fit, Scale up or down based on your needs. Remember not every printer, or filament or even nozzle are the same. Adjustments more than likely will need to be made.
This is the link for the clock mechanism I used.
I have included the STL's. 1 piece black and white need to be combined. As well as Hour black and hour yellow. As well as both second hands with logo.
Included is the studio print profile file.
These files are designed to be used with an AMS.
***Warning*** I print all of the hands in a .2 nozzle. I currently do not have a .2 nozzle on my Kobras. This profile is untested on the Kobras. But because Next and Bambu are both orca, I open the bambu files on next.
Included is the next print profile file.
These files are designed to be used with an ACE.
As of 2/25/24 my designs are no longer allowed to be sold commercially.
