Edit on Dec 2024 (V2)

I changed the original design of the small moving part in front a bit, to make it more sturdy (green mark on 2nd picture) and to let the Vorwerk parts slide in more easily (red part on 2nd picture)

I still keep version 1 in the files

AndySava wrote in the comments to the original model that it was quite easy to modify the original file in Fusion360 and he was right.

For everybody who also would like to screw the vacuum accessories holder to a shelf or something similar here is the file I made.

For anybody who would be interested in how to do it, here is what I did step by step. Maybe my way is more complicated than it needs to be, but I couldn't open .step files without uploading them to Fusion360 first:

  • In Fusion360, select File - Upload
  • Upload the .step file from the original model
  • In Fusion360, go to File - Open - Admin Projects (or where you uploaded it to) and look for the Vorwerk .step file
  • Add a new sketch on the top side where you want to screw it to the wall
  • Extrude for some mm
  • Add the hole in the middle for the screw, I used 4 mm
  • Add a chamfer to the hole

I added my Fusion360 file.

Prints without supports, I used PLA, but more flexible materials like PETG would probably be preferable

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Added a base plate with 4 mm screw hole for fastening to shelfs etc.

Changed the clip to make it more durable and easier to slide in
