Used Renaud11232's blank IO Shield as a template. Took an ebay listing showing an IO shield for the MSI Pro B760M-P D4. Using Fusion 360: scaled the image to make a sketch then extruded sketch. Needed a few iterations, but the fit seems to be spot on now.
