Skateboard MK2 (3d printed)

Introduction

I'm Seb, I'm a student and I've been working on the idea of 3D printing a skateboard for more than 2 years. The goal was to print both the trucks and the board itself. Many people said that it's not possible, it breaks immediately, FFF 3D printing can't do that. This article is the proof that it works. Thanks to all those who didn't believe it and even more to those who were always by my side. 

The Skateboard is 55 cm long and is therefore a mini cruiser (also known as a pennyboard).

The instructions are available as a PDF, be sure to take a look at them. There you will also find more general information.  Read them carefully.  If you have any problems, write a comment or a direct message here. I will do everything to help you. This also applies if you have ideas and suggestions.

Please handle the model and the file with care, it has cost me a lot of work. Please do not reuploads on other sites or on printables. You are welcome to remix if you mark it as such. 

Planned changes/extensions:

• I am testing the stiffness of different materials to find the best one
• I am testing what the “best” printing settings are 
• small change to the model to make it even easier to build 
• new instructions (and design) with explanation why I do things this way 

• in the distant future:
  • version for Prusa XL (Even if I don't have one)
  • maybe new version of the truck, which is a little easier to print
