Air Raid Siren v2 remixes

Modified parts for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1568198:

• SirHa_Kurbel2.stl -> PNU_handle_grip.stl. Cut an edge to the top and bottom plate as at least my printer can't print circles in air
• Gehäuse_2_a1.stl -> PNU_frame_no_supports.stl. Removed built-in support plates for slicer support generation. Combined with the bottom plane
• Different back frame split. tst1 and tst2 can be used to validate your printer tolerances.
• Rotor 1, 2 and 3 slimmed to 139.7 mm in order to avoid any sanding
