PS3 Hard Drive Tray

Original HDD Tray for the PS3 console

Applicable console models:
FAT CECHA/B/C/E/G

The design is printed in 2 pieces which can be glued together after printing to simplify the print process. I have attached 2 files, part 1 contains the main body of the tray and part 2 contains the side bit.

Superglue works for gluing the pieces together, hot glue is not recommended as the inside of the console can easily reach temps above 70c. Same reason goes for why its printed in PETG and not in PLA.

Printer settings I used:

• Printer: Creality Ender 3 V3 KE
• Filament: CopyMaster 3D PETG White
• Resolution: 0.2mm
• Infill: 15%
• Supports: Yes (Tree supports)
• OrcaSlicer
