Note: If using the .3mf and your bed adhesion is poor, you can print plates #1 and #2. Otherwise, just print plate #3.
Note 2: if using the .stl files, you can choose to print the prongs/pegs on their side or standing up, depending on your bed adhesion.
I make musical instruments, and I've been needing a vertical peg stand for a while. I use them both to hold tinwhistles while they're in the various stages of getting made, and also for displaying them when I'm out vending. When I was new at Fusion, I made one, but it was a teensy bit awful. 🤣
Recently, a friend of mine asked me to print a little sewing thread spool holder for her, and I really liked the design. So, taking inspiration, I built a similar one sized for my whistles from the ground up. It works great!
I don't know what anyone else would use these for, but surely someone out there might have a need, so here it is. The pegs print in rows of 5 each, and slot into the base. They slot very snugly, so ensure your tolerances are dialed in! I've made 5 of these so far, so I know they fit.
