18/09/2025:
I have some of these complete and ready to go on eBay if anyone is interested: eBay Listing
Update 18/08/2025: Made some slight changes to the front case, giving the battery pack a little more room, approximately 1.5mm of additional clearance for slightly bigger batteries, but I still recommend the BLC5 as this has a built in BCM and will cut power when the cell drops too low eliminating brown outs which can lock the T114 up and stop it from powering back up properly.
Update 31/01/2025: Added a rear case and matching dock to suit thicker batteries up to 10mm thick, I also recommend using a straight SMA antenna mount as this will allow more room for larger batteries.
Update: Revised version now ready, I have changed the model to 3MF as all the separate multi material files got annoying, I have included a step file for the label and a label example, if you don't know how to edit the step file and would like a custom label, let me know in the comments and I'd be happy to create what you need.
Below is all the parts laid out, I have increased the battery compartment size, it now supports batteries as large as 8mm x 35mm x 65mm, I'm using BL5C batteries, these were used in old Nokia phones and other devices, they have a built in management system preventing over charging and they will cut off before the unit browns out and locks up, which is handy if you want to attach a solar charger to it, and these batteries will run for over 24hrs, but you can use much larger packs for extended run time.

You can now use the square right angle SMA connector supplied by Heltec, or any random straight Hex type as well, the GPS receiver has been raised to the top of the case, giving you better reception.

I have made a ton of little changes to the model to make what I consider to be the perfect case (subjectively) and prints without any need for supports, as I have modelled these in.

Integrated supports, make sure your printer and filament flow calibration is correct:

This a remix of this model which is a remix of this model
This is an upgraded version of the T114 ATAK Meshtastic case, Ive added the ability to attach a Baofeng spring loaded belt clip, and the case will retain the ability to work with my magnetic charging dock

Dock Required Parts:
The new case has M2.5 threads modelled into it, so I recommend printing this at 0.08 to 0.1 layer height with 0.4mm or smaller nozzle.
I printed mine in ABS-CF and accent colours were done on ABS-GF.

Also Note: Currently there is a comms issue with the T114, its being worked on by Heltec, you can view the thread here
Heltec have released a modified firmware to fix the issue with comms, this is temporary until they have a full fix for these units, you can down load from here
