TIPS:
Lithophane (created online): Size: 180x120x3mm with frame 3mm - for best fitting try to get 179.5x119.5x3mm size or as close as possible to that size.
ASSEMBLING:
Print front and back cover pieces, and lithophane photo. Cut PowerAdapter cable and pull trough hole at back cover part (3mm hole). Solder wires to LED tiles (connected in series) and glue tiles and cable to back cover with hot glue just to make sure everything is nice and tidy.
Put Lithophane photo to Frame and if necessary hot glue it (from inside) to sides of frame.
Close Frame with back cover and if necessary hot glue it on two places with small amount of hot glue. (I did just to make sure that everything stay in place)
OPTIONAL
You can add on/off switch to power cable.
Enjoy your project :)
