The Azura Desk Bike from Capital Sport it's a great exercise bike meant to be used in combination with a standing desk.

Its biggest issue, however, is that its rubber feet tend to slip out very easily, hence risking to scratch the wooden floor or tiles.

To solve this issue I designed this rubber feet lock:

  • remove the rubber feet from the cyclette
  • print 4 units and insert each of them on the metallic pipe
  • make a small hole on each rubber foot, approximately 4 mm in diameter (we'll use an M4 screw to lock it)
  • the M4 screw makes the lock to adhere to the inner metallic pipe, and it also locks the rubber foot
  • …problem solved!

Sharing the STL, 3MF as well as the STEP and F3D files, in case you want to customize this design for similar applications on different equipment.

I printed it in PLA with my Prusa i3 MK3 and so far it holds perfectly fine.
