Dental Flosser v2

This is an improved version of Laetiporus 'Optimized dental floss holder' 

1. it is easier to thread up
2. uses less dental floss 
3. stays tensioned 

1. Added a ‘capstan’ to hold and tension the dental floss ends
2. Added anchor points to the 2 arms to simplify the threading
3. Added slots to the arms to hold the floss in place
4. Added a slotted hole strain relief to the arms, to make pre-tensioning easier
5. Added slot to catch floss ends to prevent unravelling
