After making my last model I found that it is a little slow for when I want to cut bulk strips of sandpaper, so I came up with this. It is very fast and safe for cutting multiple strips at the same time and no other parts to keep track of. I tried many versions to print in 1 piece, but the supports needed were such a pian to clean up and left the tool looking sloppy, so It was split in 2 and added some guide pins so when glueing together it will line up without sloshing the glue around and then stays in place while the glue dries.
i have a Ankermake M5C. the bed is 220x220 and the 2 pieces fit. I sliced with basic settings and 40% fill for some flex and sturdiness mix, its PLA + by Sunlu. my other tool can be found @ Sandpaper Cutting Guide for Sanding Sticks and pens. 5-25MM widths and 185MM long by Zepplin | Download free STL model | Printables.com and can be used to cut the 5mm strips if needed. I'm new to the art so please let me know how this works for you, or if there were any mods you would like. I used www.tinkercad.com.
