Inspired by Zeyrox's design (https://www.printables.com/model/1014151-minimalistic-snowboard-mount/files). Uses 3m double sided adhesive to mount (similar to what you'd find on the back of a commandstrip) instead of screws. There is about a 6mm difference in radius between the thickest and thinnest part of the pin; snowboards or skis that taper more than 12mm or about half an inch in width should work with this. These pins were NOT designed to support the weight of the whole snowboard, but to prevent any sliding or falling when leaned up against a wall. These should allow your board to stand off from the wall by a few mm.

Printed out of TPU on a 0.4mm nozzle with 3 walls and 20% infill.

I would recommend putting a towel or something on the tail of your board so your edge/floor doesn't get dinged up. I used a random TPU piece I printed out that I ended up not using for its intended purpose.
