Z-Wave RGBW Controller Enclosure

This is an enclosure designed for the Zooz Zen31 or Fibaro RGB Controller 2 (FGRGBW-442).  It also supports a female DC barrel connector for power.

• The DC barrel connector a tight fit, so you'll want to push down firmly on the connector to install.
• This can support other devices of the same general size, but it is untested.
• The holes in the enclosure help with airflow and signal strength.
• The horizontal slit next to the barrel jack is designed to fit a 22 AWG 5 conductor wire.
• Supports mounting two 15x2mm neodymium magnets on the bottom for easy mounting.

Recommended Print Settings

This is a fairly simple print, but these seem to work the best for me:

• 0.2mm Layer Height
• No Supports
• 15% Infill

The enclosure is custom, with the DC barrel connector modified and merged with the enclosure.  A vertical hole was added to allow for the barrel jack to more easily be installed.
