MiSTer case V2 Taki Udon Mega Pack version

This remix has been tweaked to fit Taki Udon's MiSTer Pi mega pack.

Use the standoffs and screws included in the set to screw in the bottom.
Requires 4 additional M3 screws for the top.
I used 20mm countersunk screws, but 16 may be long enough for the deep hole version.

• Moved port holes and vents to fit the MiSTer Pi triple stack from Retro Remake
• Shortened buttons to fit this version of the Analog I/O board
• Cut notch from inside of top panel to accommodate the A/V 1.2 board 
• Removed text, SoG hole, and second SD slot from SD side
• Added notch for easier SD card removal with fingertip
• Changed top screw holes to accommodate M3x20 countersunk screws with a 6mm head.
  There is also a version with the deeper holes if you prefer.
• Bottom panel is the same as the original model.
