Hydraulic ram seal for Ålö Quicke 2000 loader

Hydraulic ram seal for farm tractor loader with 55 mm rams requiring rams seals size 55x65x12mm. This was the case for my Ålö-Quicke 2000 series farm tractor loader and these seals were made as a quick fix to stop oil from dripping in cold weather.

Material: TPU

Infill: 100%

Scale: to compensate for shrinkage. (I used 102% for ColorFabb nGen Flex filament)

Alignment setting: Use “Random”. ("aligned" caused leakage in my first attempt, of course it did…)

Brims: Yes, at least with ColorFabb nGen Flex filament on the Prusa PEI sheet, or it will come off the plate before finished. 

Time: Prints in a bit over an hour once started.
