Shoulder mount case for Jan Heynen's T-Display DIY GPS

Shoulder mount case for T-Display DIY GPS.  End unit is about 3 times smaller than the Epaper version.

This case uses a 1000mAhr 80 30 40 battery (Dims 8mm x 30mm x 40mm) which gives about 9hr run time with display on and fresh battery.   Haven't tested longevity with display off whilst moving.

The USB C charge mat needs to be trimmed around the coil to remove excess material in order to fit the case.  The USB C plug top edge from charge mat also needs to be filed flush in order to fit the clear screen.  Hopefully pictures explain.

I used 2mm PETG plastic for the clear display which was purchased from Kmart https://www.kmart.com.au/product/small-and-narrow-clear-drawer-42437574/

The strap rods are 2mm carbon.   The strap is 38mm which can be purchased at Aliexpress https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006112175102.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.17.5bae18021z8ULQ

Spray the outside of the main 3print with clear coat (this stops the epoxy weeping whilst it cures).  Once all tested, fill with potting epoxy to make waterproof.
