PDFAdjusted original design from 2020 extrusion to 3030 on the tube guide. The fit on the bearings is more snug as well.

1x M5x16mm
2x 8x5x1mm shim (1 under bolt, 1 under 695ZZ bearing)
1x F695ZZ bearing (press into arm)
1x 695ZZ bearing (press into holder, install a shim under it)
