Star Trek Enterprise E (2 parts + alignment pins for easy and big printing ~385mm)

This is a remix of the Enterprise E model from here: (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:599139).
My example model was printed in 2 big pieces and afterwards painted with acrylic color.

Pre- scaled and optimized for prusa printers will this model use almost the max Z heigh and reach a printed size of around 385mm

I fixed some errors and catted it into 2 parts for easy (less support) and bigger printing.

Also there are 2 alignment pins included for easy and precisely combe of both parts.

All you need in one single 3mf file.

Print instructions

Import the 3mf to PrusaSlicer and make your adjustments.

• I highly recommend enabling support and also some small brim as we reaching warp 20(cm) on the Z.

• Perfect leveled and cleaned Bed mandatory for later gapless combination of the parts.

• If you are unsure if the print will come out great seperate it into 2 print jobs but keep the scaling factor.

• Do not forget the alignment pins.
  The pins are a bit shorter as the hole depth so do not worry if you can't put it all the way in.
  If you print with a brim clean the edges of the pins and maybe grind some unnecessary filament.

• Keep an eye on the same scale

• Print time around ~22hr on 0.02mm layer
