I designed some Hardware to build an enclosure for 3d-printers. It is designed so that you can use which ever size of sheet you want to use.
Designed to be used with normal wood screws (I used spax 4003530038945 - 3x10mm universal screw)
The ront panel is completely detacheable and gets hold on by magnets (6x3mm) which you can insert to you print. I recommend to print the parts housing the magents with a resolution of 0,1mm to have two layers covering the magnets, everything else I printed with 0.2mm layer-height
To cut the plexiglass I used a carpet knife (scoring from both sides and then breaking over the edge of the table)
I used a 5mm wood drill bit to drill the holes (according to the internet, metal drill bits are less suitable)
As you can see on some pictures for me the screws stick out on the door parts. I have adjusted the uploaded files by 2mm to prevent that - so no further modification should be necessary.
