BTT Smart Filament Sensor v2 Nema 17 Mount

Mount I made to put the BTT SFS v2 on my Q5.  Includes a guide for the reverse bowden going down to the extruder.  

I printed this out of ASA, with 5 walls and 20% infill.  But this part is not under much load so other materials are likely fine as long as you have enough walls and infill to make it reasonably stiff.
