Ender 3 hot end bracket

I upgraded to the Creality X-axis Linear Rail Kit MGN12C. and I could not find a 3D model of this bracket anywhere.  Hopefully this will help the rest of you.  I would judge 3D model accuracy to be about 90% to 95%.  You might want to increase hole sizes by 10% if you want a looser fit.
