This is inspired by Scott Yu-Jan's model here (https://www.printables.com/model/992992-every-iphone-stl-adjustable-f3d-file-scottyu-jan-o) however I designed it entirely from scratch to fit my specific needs. I am tagging it original model because I really did design this from the ground up, and while it likely doesn't live up to Scott's model, I am proud of it and want to share.
The model is designed for an iPhone 12 with a pretty thin mag-safe case. That being said, it works just fine without a case and I imagine it will with slightly larger iPhones too, especially without cases. The part that holds the phone is 153mm W x 77.5mm H x 13mm D. It is designed for the standard Apple Watch charger and this mag-safe charger I got for cheap on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CQT6BHPN?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title). The chargers press-fits in the slots for them, with the wire going off to the left from the iPhone charger and going down through the hole for the Watch charger. This needs to be printed with supports and so hopefully the presets I made on Bambu Studio are there. If not I would recommend supports for the overhangs like the cord channel and the top of the shell that holds the phone. The top can bridge okay, but put supports around the hole for the Watch charger and spaced a few times throughout the shell. I have provided pictures if needed.
Right now I have the cords plugged into a USB plug with two ports for USB-C. I tried to combine them into one wire that could come out the back of the apparatus, but couldn't get it to work. Obviously do whatever works for you! The USB-C plugs all fit through the holes in the shell and can likely be converted to normal USB afterwards if that's your truth. Just beware, I wasted money trying to get a combiner that ended up not working,
This is the first time I have uploaded something so please let me know if I missed anything or you need help and I will do my best to be responsive.
