Great print what is the best way to connect the two parts
@AnneMarieMur_3109496 The recommended heat set inserts and screws do a pretty good job holding the two parts together. I would recommend using Gorilla Super glue to provide some additional support.
Quick question here, do those two holes in each jack insert have any purpose/meaning? Thank you.
@MichalHabala_666693 those are air holes. Though it is very unlikely If the seal is very tight between the plug and jack it could cause issues with insertion or extraction without them.
@echo2papa2_211007 thank you. I ended up removing the holes and printing these upside down to make a solid locking edge for the jack. Worked out perfectly.
