Case for 7 inch LCD touchscreen with covered ports

Please check the attached drawing: the screw hole pattern on the tabs should be 157 x 114.7mm.

This is a perfect case for a screen that needs to be protected or secured or tethered by a cable, as the ports are not accessible without taking the back off. It will accommodate a variety of HDMI and micro-USB cables easily. As an example, in the pictures above I'm using it as a controller for my OctoPrint-controlled printer, and it fits in the hand well like a tablet.

The only parts needed are:

• 11 x M3 bolts (ideally 8mm long)
• 11 x M3 4.2 diam x 5mm heat threaded inserts

Some notes:

• The back does bulge slightly when using a very chunky HDMI lead.
• The hole on the side mostly lines up with the ports, so I would recommend using a cable tie or a gland if they are too loose. Additionally if you have issues with movement inside I would recommend some foam within the relief well and the back case.
• The relief well doesn't extend to the second micro-USB, though I have not had any issues with power just through the one port.
• This is a wide print! I was able to print OK with some slight lifting on my Ender 3 V2, but be aware this is technically outside of the “buffer zone” for a lot of smaller printers. 

Other than that, not really anything unique needed with print settings.
