I’m pretty certain that no one but me will ever need this. But I made it, so I might as well share it.
I’m required to wear a safety helmet the whole day, and sometimes I need additional light while working. I had a video lamp lying around, and so I thought that with a little adapter I could bring the helmet and the light together.
So, this adapter allows the “LMIX W64” to be attached to an UVEX safety helmet. The light is this one here (might be sold with different names): https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08YYLP1ND/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
via its cold shoe. Other things with a cold shoe might also work.
Beware! When I printed it, it made a very tight fit and I might not get it out of the helmet again. I didn’t change that because I don’t mind leaving the adapter attached, and it won’t fall out no matter what. If that doesn't work for you, you can sand it down a little or reduce the base a little before printing.
The source is attached in the zip. I made it with Design Spark Mechanical 6.03 which you can use for free.
