PTFE Tube Adapter 6mm OD to 4mm OD

Adapter for connecting a 6mm PTFE hose to a 4mm reverse bowden PTFE tube.

The holes are 4.1mm or 6.05mm in diameter and approx. 10mm deep. They therefore form a friction fit after contraction during printing.

A conical area is provided between the holes to allow the filament to pass through cleanly. 

The slit in the internal geometry is intended to place the seam. An alternative model is included but using it might result in a tighter fit.

The spiral pattern creates the surface effect. See the Fine Structured Surface Test Models for more information on that.

The G-Code file was sliced with Orca-Slicer for the Prusa i3 MK3s and Das Filament - PLA - Schwarz matt.
