Avanti XS Main Gear Tire Replacement in VarioShore TPU

For use with the Sebart Avanti XS 1.9m Retract Gear Set that comes with the plane, this is not the same as the JPHobby ER120S, the wheels are wider and slightly different diameters, hub and cover.

Main Landing Gear Tire Replacement for losing weight of the plane, with the removal of the complete brake assembly and replacing the offset of the brake assembly with two wheel collars and a washer, install the washer first over the ball bearing, then the collars as shown in the pictures.

A total weight loss of 53 grams per wheel is accomplished when replacing the standard tire.

Assembly of the tire is straightforward, it is a tight fit, no worries, this is on purpose so that when all screws are evenly tightened the end result is perfect.  Only one important note : the tire should be placed with the printbed side towards the hub rim, the bottom fillet has a slightly larger diameter to better accomodate the hub for a perfect finish when assembled.

Please print with the following settings :

ColorFabb VarioShore TPU @ 250C, 0.16 layer height, 12 top and bottom layers, 6 outline perimeters, gyroid infill of 50 percent.
