ALLWAY SS36 Aluminum Paint Spray Shield Replacement Head

The spray guard is commonly used in the commercial and residential painting industry. The head is notorious for snapping right where it meets the threaded part because the ordinal is very thin. This is a beefed up version that uses the original bolts and will thread onto MOST standard pole threads.

Print in whatever orientation works for you but I found on its side to be the best.

Print with PLA or with PETG as it still needs to have some flex.

I had to print mine at %103 to get a less tight fit on my preferred pole.

I printed with 25% infill gyroid so there would be flex but you'll also hear all sorts of cracking the first time you put them together. I haven't tested how many times you can take it on and off but you shouldn't need to just unthread from the pole for travel.
