I attempted to make a parametric version of this as quite a few people were asking for the .stl.
It's a fusion360 file so this is for people that know how to use that software - please don't message me asking how to use the software or any other questions a google search can answer.
When editing the dimensions, say you want to go from 15.3mm to 20mm snap fit diameter for example; fusion doesn't like such a big leap so instead, gradually change the parameter in smaller increments until you get to your desired dimension. Just one of fusions quirks I suppose or else it's something about how I designed it.
I haven't test printed this but it has all the same relevant dimensions as the other one, save for a few aesthetic differences.
I sawed the end off a nail to use as the hinge, I didn't design it with a nut and bolt in mind so be your own judge there (make sure there's enough clearance between a nut/bolt and the snap fit retainer).
Print orientation, print settings, supports etc. - if you can't figure that out then you should not be printing this model.
I have made all relevant parts parametric, if I missed something or you think something should have been included please let me know as well as any other feedback you may have.
IMPORTANT: Changing the diameter of the snap fit retainer will change the spacing of the screw holes that you will use to screw it into your windowsill, so I recommend not screwing it in until you're absolutely certain it's the correct fit! (or if you can, just manually change that part but make sure your screw heads have enough clearance)
