Nerf Rayven Switchplate
Description
PDFI am modding my Nerf Rayven to take a LiPo battery and I didn't want to just fit something in with hot glue.
The switch I am using an Omron 16A microswitch with a plunger activation. I based the switch in fusion 360 off of https://www.mcmaster.com/7779K61
Because my switch doesn't have a lever or roller, I had to position it very close to the rev-trigger. I included pictures at multiple layers so you can see what I cut away and what was still left from the shell supports.
Most of the values are setup in the sketch in the Fusion 360 file. If you wanted to alter it you could start there.
Print Details: Prusa MK3S+ with Inland PLA+ at 0.3MM Layer height. I printed it on its side to give some stability to the switch alignment post.
