Crosswind Mini Wing Glueing Braces

the plastic pieces in my kit had a slight bow to them and I wanted to make sure they were glued in properly. This is what I came up with. 

You'll need 8 m3X5X5 heat set inserts as well as 8 m3X10 screws. 

You should be able to print everything without supports and in the orientation in the STL file. You will need to add a brim for the wedges. They need to be laid out lengthwise or they'll break when you tighten the screws. If they're laid out vertically theyll split on the layer lines. 

The pins go inside the wings carbon fiber tubes just incase. I didn't want to over tighten the clamp and have it crack the carbon tubes. 

The little wedges go in the keyed slots on the braces and the screws push them into the carbon and clamp it in-place. 

Thats it. Use whatever filament you want shouldn't matter.
