M3201 NG Ender 3 V2 Fan Shroud Upgrade

Important! before doing this upgrade you need to make sure you have step down the voltage to 12V for the extruder cooling fan(Noctua fan only takes 12V). The following links show what I did and the parts I used(feel free to do it your own way as well!):

I modified the fan shroud model so I can install a Noctua A4x10mm fan as the extruder cooling fan and a B5015 blower fan as the part cooling fan.
