Nuns from a convent asked my wife if she could find an INRI plaque for their outdoor cross. Turns out they were very expensive, so I said I'd try to design and 3D print one. So this is the result. There are 2 models - one that is attached with double faced tape and one that has a recessed screw hole with a cap to hide the screw. Just put a little glue on the cap and press it in. It is about 7 inches wide but you can resize it in your slicer. I printed it at 0.2mm, 10% fill, monotonic top (in Cura), and turned on ironing.
