Caliburn G2 Pod Drip Tip V2 (Top Cap)

Usage of old Seal:

→ Pull out rubber seal from broken cap with tweezers, cut off the upper part to a hight of 3mm (right between the bottom and the first edge) to get a new fitting seal.

The seal will generate tension on the notches → no leaks, tight fit.

Printing details:

• Layer Hight: 0.12mm
• Infill 100% or print with 100% Bottom Lines 
• 2g/0,78m PLA
• Supports: Cubic 15%

• Two notches on the inner wall to stay in place
• deleted  the two small circles on top
• slightly bigger hole for Airflow
• scaled down by factor 0,1 
• Slot for the original rubber seal (see description below)
