CR-10 SE Fan Cover

Did some tinkering again. Added openings and moved the fan further down so that it doesn't rub against the cables. The fan holder is “simply” (no, it isn't) clipped into the opening, but the whole thing needs to be reworked. It goes in very tightly and got cracks. It would also be best to make the bracket in two parts so that it is easier to print and install.
I'm not changing anything for now, as everything is working fine and the small crack is invisible.
The opening for the holder must be at least 150x87 mm.
