This is my Creality K1C printer build. It is the latest version 4. All the smaller ones I tried just didn't work well enough for me.
The filament that, in my opinion, would be closest in color to the original K1, K1C frame seemed to me to be Devil Design ASA Aluminum. Set everything to at least 3 perimeters of 25% Giroid. The base frame is attached at the corners with M3x30 screws. All screw connections are set to M3. The files are exported as one assembly = one *.stl so that it fits on the K1 or K1C printing mat. Some parts require the supports to be loosened, but I tried to avoid that as much as possible.
For more hardened users, it is possible to create another 4 threads for attachment in the center of each side, but due to the shape of the base, this is not necessary. The whole assembly still holds well, especially after all the Plexiglas walls are screwed on. Plexiglas is 5 mm thick, but it is not a problem to use thinner ones, 4 or 3 mm. The entrance of the PTFE tube with the filament is up to everyone to choose. My road-tested recommendation is on the right rear just forward of the pillar. Then either go upstairs to the upper space or possibly to the dryer next to the printer. I placed the chain with the cable to the hotend a little higher in the space in the back corner (it is in the "MFS_4_out_2_Corners_Middle_Base" printout) Watch out for the contact of the cable with the Y-axis belt! I have prepared holes for the main switch and two hygrometers in the front Plexiglas (the temperature and humidity values are only indicative, but they are enough). The plexiglass dimensions of the parts are in the file "MFS_V4_aJeS_Glasses.dxf" and "MFS_4_aJeS_Glass_Bottom".
The upper compartment holds three 1Kg spools of filament. the attachment of each can be done on an axis or on a base with wheels, it depends on the type of coil. I will add my pedestal later. My other additions like the fan from the printing area to the top, adding the BTT SFS V 2.0 sensor, etc. I will leave it up to each user
