Magnetic insect screen for Trotec Wall Air Conditioner

This is a magnetic insect screen for Trotec Wall Air Conditioners. You glue the magnetic ring with adhesive e.g. silicone to the Trotec wall outlet and then you can clip the insect screen over the complete outlet.

What you need for the build:

1. 16x Round magnets 6mm Diam, 3mm thick
2. Small piece of insect screen
3. Adhesive for mounting the magnetic ring

The screen clamping ring also has holes for threaded inserts if the clamping forces are to high and you need to pull the clamping ring out of the mainbody.
