Uline Light Duty Guard Rail Cap

I needed some end caps that were missing on some guard rails at work. The OEM did offer them for sale so i drew it up in Fusion and printed it. This should also work for any 4"x4" thin wall tubing. 

Printed in ASA because it was the only black filament that was in the dryer at the time. printed at 30% rectangular infill with no supports. 

Out of the 3 that i printed i had to trim the corners with a knife on 2 of them. I gave the corners a bigger radius in V3.
