Printed Enclosure Project for Prusa MK4/S - PrintClosure
Can be printed even on smaller footprint printers (like Prusa Mini).
Uses printed pins and standard M3 Screws for connecting individual parts.
For back and top panel, i used Hardened PVC Foam, 3mm thick (but you can use Glass, Acrylic or anything you might like)
Compensator parts included (for compensation of plastic shrinkage due to the heat)
All parts together costs ~ 2kg of PETG Filament (depends on your print settings).
Printed and tested for enough structural stability with:
2 perimeters
15% Gyroid infill
Please consider using brims (due to sharp corners).
