Koozie extension tube

I really like the Koozie drink insulation sleeve.  It works great at keeping a short can cold and secure, but it really needed to have an extension that would let you keep your tall cans cold too!  Here are the FreeCAD files, and an .3mf so that you can either edit it or print it yourself.
