Formula 1 Race Car (2023) Building Kit

Introducing the Formula 1 race car building kit, perfect for young engineers and racing enthusiasts! This kit features 11 precisely crafted parts and 9 screws, designed for easy assembly and disassembly. The construction process is simple, engaging, and fun for kids and adults alike. What’s more, the screws in this kit are fully compatible with commercial Klein Bosch toys. You can even enhance your experience by using a Klein Bosch electric screwdriver to make the assembly even more fun. Build, race, and rebuild your dream Formula 1 car again and again with this dynamic, hands-on kit!

The model is 29cm long and 11cm wide.

The shape of the model is loosely inspired by Formula 1 monoposts from 2023.

Printing Instructions:

Recommended layer height is 0.2mm, 3 wall loops and 15% infill density. Most of the components needs to be printed with support (for details see the table below).

The design can be easily customized by printing it in different colors. You can chnage the color at various layer heights to create a unique and personalized look.

The color stripes are in the wheels as different parts, you can spit it and change the color.

Assembly Instruction:

To assemble and disassemble the model, you can print a screwdriver or cross wrench. You can also use tools from Klein Bosch sets or other compatible toys. The cros wrench is printed from two parts and glued together. The screwdriver tip should be press-fitted into the handle. Depending on your printer tolerances you migh need to scale the handle or use glue.
 

The sides are secured with 10mm screws, and all the remaining screws are 15mm in length.
