I bought a cheap set of replacement brushes, but found out that there are many manufacturers standards for connecting the stick to the brush!
And how should it be - what I have at home is not compatible! 3D Design and print to the rescue :)
During my quest for more information in german stores (there is a shop, with its primary goal to supply the right brush to your system “brushking” ^^).
Standards I found:

  • M12 screw on the stick
  • Dowel pin like cylinder, coming out of the brush, loosely fitting to the tube like stick fixated with a screw
  • all other wierd kind of threads -→ that's what I bought!

Instead of reacreating a positive thread, which I didn't had, I measured the thread, and reacreated it with a very thin thread, with the intention of being crushed for tight fit.
It may be single use, we'll see how this goes after first mission.

Diameter of connecting cylinder is 14.8 mm. The stick has a hole, for fixation with a screw. I heated up the screw with a lighter, and slowly screwed it in. Cylinder has a tight fit in my case.
If you need help with the design, just let my know for different versions!
