These are the files from whenever I made a Weedian costume in 2021, I took the tank from a Harbor Freight 2 gallon sprayer, a length of 0.5" PVC pipe and some 1.5" Vacuum Hose, Assembled them along with these custom printed parts, primed then printed silver.

Instructions:

Cut strap mounts and pipe fitting from collar of spray tank, Cover with aluminum tape.

Cut 1.5" holes in two sides of tank, and then one on the bottom.

Measure two lengths of 1.5" vacuum hose to go from the sides of the tank to the the sides of the Mouthpiece, then one longer one to go from the bottom of the tank to the bottom of the mouthpiece.

Put the Tank lid in place, some trimming may be required to fit. Glue.

Cut a length of 0.5" PVC pipe and insert into Tank Lid. Glue.

Fit the Pipe Tip onto the end of the PVC pipe. Should be friction fit; If not, Glue.

Hot glue hoses to mouthpiece, Spray hoses and tank with Primer.

Spray Tank and Mouthpiece with Silver, and Spray hoses with a Brown/Beige/Sand/Rust color of your choosing.

Install hoses into tank, Glue.

Hastily cover up Hot Glue with brown paint for cheap rust effect

Stipple some Black paint on Pipe Tip to make it look burned

Congrats, You should now have a full Weedian Smokepack! Happy Halloween!

One more thing, All of the weight of the backpack ends up pulling the mouthpiece into your face, So I would recommend trying to add some kind of other strap to hold it up.
