Ram 1500 (5th gen) dashboard mount / arm

This mount plugs into the two existing screws at the top of the Ram 1500 dashboard (5th gen, 2019-2014). The top part is intended to mate with a rear-view camera (I use it for the camera on the back of my RV). Note that in practice the plastic is too slippery to grip the teeth on heavier objects, causing the object to pivot down. I just put a few tiny sticky pads at the bottom of the monitor and it works for me.

You can easily design your own arm if you want to customize for some other application.

Print with support. Going to need something heat resistant to withstand temps in the car, ABS worked well for me.

Connect the arm with the cross-piece with an M4 screw and insert. Attach to truck with the screws that came with the truck.
