Tiara cooler: TAP compatible crown cooler

I originally had the full crown cooler printed out but soon realized it interfered with TAP, so a quick cut and fill, and here's the tiara. Endo scope ver for those wanting a nozzle cam. That one needs a heat insert to hold the camera in place.

cut the back half of the duct off for TAP compatibility. Endoscope mount is used on the CAM version
